Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

Cancellations: We currently do not accept any cancellations. Please make sure you want to purchase any of our items before clicking “add to cart”. Otherwise, please "remove" any items you do not wish to purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of these products we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sanitary  purposes. However, if you’re not happy with your product, contact us, we want to make this right for you!

​Scent Preferences: No refunds will be given based on scent (preference). I do my best with scent descriptions based on the descriptions provided by our suppliers. All essential oils and fragrances are calculated into recipes based on IFRA standards. *Scents are based on our interpretation.
