Created in support of Abre Camino Collective’s upcoming film, Waiting for Snow in Havana, this special edition soap honors the children of Operation Pedro Pan and the extraordinary journey that forever changed thousands of Cuban families.

Inspired by one of the most significant chapters in Cuban-American history, this bar pays tribute to the more than 14,000 children who crossed 90 miles carrying little more than hope, courage, and a suitcase filled with dreams.

The artwork tells a story without saying much at all. Two children. Two suitcases. One airplane. One goodbye that changed countless lives forever.

Every bar is handcrafted as a keepsake in soap form—a small tribute to a story that deserves to be remembered.

Because nostalgia isn’t about looking back—it’s about carrying home with us wherever we go.

Scent: Fresh ocean air and sea salt meet the comforting scent of sun-dried cotton, delicate jasmine, soft violet, warm cedar, and clean white musk. A fragrance inspired by the 90 miles that separated two homes—and the hope, courage, and new beginnings that awaited on the other side.

Ingredients: Sorbitol, Coconut Oil, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Coconut Milk, Titanium Dioxide, fragrance, Micas, and dissolvable paper.

Weight: Approximately 4oz (113g). Please note that our soaps are hand cut so actual weight may vary slightly.

How to use: Wet your skin or washcloth, gently rub the soap bar to create a lather, and then wash your body as usual, rinsing thoroughly with water.

Care Instructions and Cleaning: Make sure to store your handmade soap in a dry, well-ventilated area on a soap dish to help it last longer and prevent melting.
